The VIII and 2nd VIII have now decamped to our hosts on the Tideway, Imperial College. Training on Friday afternoon coincided with Oxford's Blue Boat outing and the boys were excited to see a certain C Louloudis (ex KS) at stroke for the day. On the water, conditions were pretty favourable until around Chiswick Eyot, where the usual Tideway swell could be found; all good experience as both crews put in some half course pieces.
Hopefully all crews will return refreshed and recovered after Short Leave. The draw, along with where to watch from and how to get there can all now be found on the website.
If I get a moment when we are down again on Tuesday then I will put up a few photos for those that haven't been before.
